I have spent my life in New Mexico, where I have raised children, ridden horses, raced sailboats, hiked, camped and helped my husband in building our own homes. I have studied photography and painting at University of New Mexico, as well as other venues. I have been a photographer for over thirty years, initially specializing in B&W portraiture and event photography, but in recent years I have focused solely on fine art photography.

For me photography has always been an adventure, both an adventure out into the world and an adventure into myself. My fascination with the visual world of light, shape, color, texture and mood propels me to try to convey the beauty as I see it, within a fleeting moment, a passing shadow, or a trembling leaf.
